No Hidden Costs:
At store.kayhan.com, the price you see is the price you pay! Taxes and shipping are included in our everyday low prices.  For more information on taxes and NEXUS, click here.

Don't be fooled by heavily discounted products on other sites. You will pay with hidden tax and delivery charges.   

If you are a tax exempt entity, simply email us at jaann.piers@kayhan.com prior to placing your order, and we will deduct 10% off of your order.

 

Volume Discounts and Bulk Orders:
We would like to have the opportunity to help you with your project. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with your order regarding volume discounts, product, price, quantity, size, color or any other detail information you require. Please send an inquiry via our Contact Us Form.

 

Order Status

  • All products are made to order, and typically require 6-8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.  Focal and iDesk products may ship within 1 week from order confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and order number upon payment processing and order receipt.
  • You will receive another confirmation email, complete with tracking number, when your product has shipped.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Kayhan offers free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states for all products sold on store.kayhan.com.
  • Most orders will ship via UPS or FedEx.
  •  We can ship to residential and commercial addresses, but not to APO or PO boxes.
  • Select United Chair products (7700 Series, Zing, and Radar) are shipped via freight, and require a commercially zoned address to be delivered.
  •  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other international locations will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for more information.

 

Return and Repair Policy

Cancellations:
We are able to cancel an order at no charge if the product has not begun production.  As all products are made-to-order, cancellations post-production are not possible.

Returns:
Please contact Kayhan at jaann.piers@kayhan.com within 72 hours of delivery regarding returns.

Under no circumstance will Kayhan accept a return directly.  Returns are up to the discretion of each manufacturer.  The following guidelines are provided for your convenience, and are based on our industry experience with manufacturers.  Please refer to individual manufacturer policies. 

  • All items must be returned in brand new, saleable condition, with all parts, and in original shipment packaging.
  • Any items ordered incorrectly must be returned in "like new" condition within 30 days of receipt.
  • Special order items cannot be returned.
    • Any item in which an option(s) is chosen is considered a special order.
    • In certain cases, special order returns may be authorized for a return.
  • The customer must prepay all shipping/freight charges that incur when an item is returned, and any applicable restocking fees, which can vary from 25-50%.
  • Note: defective merchandise and merchandise damaged during shipping may be returned without penalty, at the discretion of the manufacturer.


Errant Orders:
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Kayhan in writing within 72 hours of receiving the product.  Correspondence shall be directed to jaann.piers@kayhan.com.
